Meet Blair Hyslop
Co-Owner and CO- CEO of Mrs. Dunster’s.
An award-winning CEO, Blair has spent more than 30 years in the food business, and together with his wife, Rosalyn are the Co-Owners and CO- CEOs of Mrs. Dunster’s. The company has grown to be the largest family-owned fresh bakery in Atlantic Canada. Mrs. Dunster’s distributes fresh baked goods to just about every grocery store and many restaurants in the Maritimes and Maine. Recently expanded into Quebec and Ontario and across Canada with Costco.
Blair and Rosalyn also own Kredl’s Corner Market in Hampton N.B which they are transforming into a retail and wholesale hub for locally grown, raised, and produced food.
A 5-time winner of the top 50 CEO award, Blair was inducted into the top 50 CEO Hall of Fame in 2021, and in 2024, Blair & Rosalyn Hyslop have been inducted into the JA New Brunswick Business Hall of fame. They have both been finalists for EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and have been named Exporter of the Year for the province of N.B. Blair is on the board of the Wallace McCain Institute and a member of the New Brunswick Business Council.
